Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
A: Orders for Tuesday through Friday must be placed by 3:00 p.m. the weekday before the day you want your meal. PTL Monday meals must be ordered by the previous Thursday at 3:00 p.m. (Example: Monday's lunch must be ordered by Thursday at 3:00 p.m, Tuesdays order by Monday 3:00 p.m..)

Q: What is the price of a school lunch?

A:Each school day there are several different lunch choices and price points. Please see our menus for daily selections.

Q: Can I cancel a meal once the order has been placed?
A: Of course. Meals can be cancelled until 5:00 p.m. the day before the day for which the meals were ordered. If you know your child will be absent for additional ordered meals please contact us to help reduce waste.

Q: How do I cancel a meal?
A: To cancel a meal, log in to your account. On the main page there is a "Meals Order" section, there you will see a blue button that says "cancel" next to the items you have previously ordered. Click on the blue button for items you wish to cancel A credit for the value of the meal(s) will be applied to your account.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: Cancelled meals will result in a credit to your account that will show the next time you place an order.

Q: What if I have children in multiple grades?
A: When you add children to your account make sure you select the right grade/teacher for each child.

Q: What happens if I my child is sick?
A: If your child will be out sick for an extended period, PLEASE notify us. St. Luke's provides Chef Scott's Catering with a daily attendance report from which we automatically issue credits.

Q: What are the drink options with the meals?
A: All drinks are ala carte. Choices are  2% milk, 1% Chocolate Milk, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, or Water.


Q: What is your privacy policy?
A: We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party. All personal information will be kept confidential. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.

Q: My child has allergies. Can my child still order school lunches?

A: We will make every effort to work with parents who have children with allergies. We do not use tree nuts, ground nuts or peanut oil in any of our foods EXCEPT Peanut Butter & Jelly Box Lunches which are prepared in a separarte area to avoid cross contamination.
